Product availability. The items shown in our online catalog are considered to be standard. However, Alcon is not restricted to these items alone. A large portion of our business is comprised of special, made-to-order parts and equipment. Please keep in mind that the made-to-order items require more time to produce than standard items. Disc knives are considered special items, and therefore are not in stock.

Specifications. We reserve the right to modify any specification for Alcon standard items.

Only Alcon. An important point to consider in your purchasing decisions is the fact that Alcon sells only those knives which are manufactured by Alcon.

Blanket order option. If your annual usage of knives can be anticipated and is significant, then we recommend our blanket order option, from which monthly releases can be made. This allows you to take advantage of quantity prices with monthly releases for delivery.

Invoicing terms. Our invoicing terms are 1/2% 10 days Net 30 with all shipments made F.O.B., Akron, Ohio.
